Nick Workman, a founder and the Managing Partner at Executive Search Leaders, has a 23-year accomplished career in retained executive search and is a recognised leader in executive search and strategic advisory for the executive search and human capital consulting industries. Nick also advises on corporate mergers and acquisitions, demonstrating significant success across the US, Asia and Australia. He was recently appointed by the Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants (AESC) as the first and only partner to advise the AESC’s clients on their growth strategies. A qualified chef, he has lived in London, Hong Kong, Perth, Brisbane and Melbourne and now lives in East Sussex, England, with his wife and three boys.
Justine Gallen, a founder and Partner at Executive Search Leaders, has a 22-year accomplished career in retained executive search. Previously, Justine spent nine years at Hogarth Davies Lloyd in London, specialising in international searches for investment banks with a fixed income focus, before running her own executive consultancy, supporting executive search firms all over the world. Justine has built an exceptional track record in completing highly complex projects, often where clients have failed in their own efforts previously. An avid runner, she competes in events all over the UK. She currently lives in Somerset, England, with her husband and three girls.
Grant Beveridge is a Partner at Executive Search Leaders and has a 23-year accomplished career in executive recruitment, retained executive search and in-house talent acquisition, across a broad range of business sectors. Starting his career at Michael Page in 1998, he has held several senior positions throughout his career, before joining Nick Workman and Justine Gallen in 2012 in their previous company. Grant manages searches all over the world, which, last year, included building three teams in the US for a global top tier executive search firm as well as putting the leadership candidates into new offices for clients in Sydney, Singapore, and Shanghai. Originally from New Zealand, Grant was schooled in Tokyo, before finally settling in the UK. He currently lives in East Sussex, England, with his wife and two children.
Luke Schanche is a Partner at Executive Search Leaders and has a 22-year accomplished career in executive recruitment, executive training and human capital consulting. Luke spent over four years as global Head of Talent Acquisition for a Banking and Technology consultancy in London before going on to run his own business, advising firms on the attraction, onboarding and development of their executive hires and providing coaching at Board level. Luke has delivered complex assignments all over the world, recently joining Executive Search Leaders to help manage their growing and diverse client base. He currently lives in Kent, England, with his wife and daughter.
Lizzie Sabin is the Operations Manager at Executive Search Leaders, where she manages the general running of the business. Lizzie graduated from the University of Exeter with a First-Class degree in English Literature and went on to complete a master’s degree at King’s College London in Early Modern Literature. Having worked with Nick Workman for several years previously as a client, Lizzie joined Executive Search Leaders to analyse and improve organisational processes. She works closely with all the Partners to improve their quality, productivity and efficiency. She currently lives in Kent, England, with her husband.
